The Evening's Menu:
Caprese Salad of mixed greens with pesto marinated mozzarella, sliced roma tomatoes, and balsamic vinaigrette
New York steak with pinot noir Sauce served with roasted Yukon potatoes and a trio of green beans, brussel sprouts and red peppers
Pre-ordered vegetarian entrée is smoked portobello mushroom with pesto, feta cheese, stewed tomatoes and warm naan.
House-made Grand Marnier Bombe featuring Grand Mariner mousse on a chocolate cake coated with chocolate glaze with a vanilla cream sauce
Cocktail dress with flairs or gold to honor families battling pediatric cancer.
Valet Parking is available for an hourly rate at the hotel on SW 6th between Salmon and Taylor. Self-parking is available at the Hilton Executive Tower Garage on 5th and Taylor for a flat fee of $5.00. There are additional garages on Broadway and Salmon and street parking is also an option.
